The 20-year-old apologised for his actions on Instagram, but claimed he was subjected to numerous and repeated racist insults.He said: In a moment of anger, with the scoreline not in our favour, I behaved incorrectly and I acknowledge that and want to reiterate my apologies.I also want to report that my actions, in trying to get the ball back from a fan to take a throw-in, came after being the object of numerous and repeated racists insults.That should never have to be tolerated on a football pitch.Wague’s Senegal team-mate Kalidou Koulibaly was allegedly subjected to monkey chants in Napoli’s 1-0 defeat to Inter Milan last month. ManagerCarlo Ancelotti revealed he had requested a temporary halt to the game.Its a shame because twice we asked for the match to be suspended for the racist chanting towards Koulibaly,” he said.It shook him hes a good-mannered player and he was bombarded by the stadium.
